Helpful information to include

You do not need to have everything planned before getting in touch, but the following details are useful if you have them:

  • Your organisation or service name
  • The type of training you are interested in
  • Approximate number of staff
  • Your location
  • Preferred dates or timescales
  • Any specific risks, incidents, service needs or inspection actions the training should consider

Bespoke training

If your service needs something more specific than a standard course, bespoke training can be discussed. This may be useful where staff need support around particular behaviours, medication practice, moving and positioning concerns, communication, documentation, safety or confidence in decision-making.
